Information stored on the device

Falling Words asks a player for a username and age, or lets the player continue as a guest. The app stores that profile together with game progress, stars, scores, settings, earned credits, lives, power-ups, cosmetics, daily rewards, and collection progress locally on the player’s device.

Falling Words version 1 does not transmit this information to Seguro Tech LLC. It does not create an online account and does not ask for an email address or password.

Advertising, purchases, analytics, and tracking

Falling Words version 1 contains no third-party advertisements, rewarded advertisements, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or real-money purchase flow. Credits used in the Boost Shop are earned through gameplay and have no cash value.

Audio and device features

The app plays bundled music and sound effects and can provide haptic feedback. It does not request microphone, camera, contacts, location, photo-library, or advertising-tracking access.

Children

The app does not use behavioral advertising, tracking, or remote account storage. Seguro Tech LLC reviews the app’s age rating and privacy disclosures for its intended audience and distribution territories.

Retention and deletion

Game information remains in local app storage until the player clears the app’s storage or deletes the app. Because version 1 has no online account or server database, Seguro Tech LLC has no remote player record to delete.

Changes to this policy

If a future version adds online accounts, cloud saves, analytics, advertising, or real-money purchases, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before those features are released.
