Answers for players
How does a level work?
Each level starts with a base set of letter tiles, and new letters fall into the board. Tap visible tiles in spelling order, up to the current target word length, then choose Check Word. A correct word clears the exact tiles you selected. Complete the core words to win, find extra valid words for bonus points, and keep the stack below the skyline while avoiding wrong-word strikes. Red letter guidance is simultaneous, unordered, and always partial: about 40% on Easy, 30% on Normal, and 20% on Hard.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play with a local or guest profile. Players age 13 or older can optionally sign in with Apple, Google, or email for account-based purchases and services.
What is App Review Demo?
App Review Demo is a credential-free temporary profile for Apple’s review team. It creates an authenticated account ID without collecting an email or password, supports sandbox purchase and account-deletion testing, and does not receive ads.
Where is my progress saved?
Campaign progress, scores, settings, lives, credits, and inventory are stored on your device. Online accounts do not currently provide cloud save, so deleting the app can remove gameplay progress.
How do lives refill?
You can hold up to five lives. After losing a life, one free life returns every 30 minutes until the meter is full. You can also spend earned credits to refill sooner.
How do credit purchases work?
Apple handles payment and Wordfall Horizon verifies the transaction before adding credits. Credit packs are consumable and are not restored after use. If Apple charged you but credits did not appear, do not purchase again—contact support with the approximate purchase time.
How do I restore Remove Ads?
Sign in to the same player account and Apple ID, open Store → Credits, and choose Restore Ad-Free Purchase. Consumable credit packs are not part of Restore Purchases.
Why am I seeing an ad?
Eligible players may see a limited interstitial ad or choose a rewarded ad. Ads are not requested for guest, unknown-age, or declared under-13 profiles. A completed Remove Ads purchase disables both formats.
How do I delete my online account?
Open Profile and choose Delete Account and Data. This permanently removes the online account and Seguro Tech server data. Local gameplay remains on the device until the app is deleted or its data is cleared.
How do I reset local game progress?
Deleting Wordfall Horizon removes local game data. Reinstalling starts a new local game. This cannot be undone and is separate from deleting an online account in Profile.
